What we commit to, what we ask of you, and the limits of any consultancy.
Scope of service
Indus Emissary provides advisory, documentation and application-management services for study, training, volunteer and short-stay routes. We are consultants, not a government body or law firm.
Decisions rest with authorities
Visa and admission decisions are made exclusively by the relevant consulate, institution or host organisation. No consultancy can guarantee an outcome, and we never promise one.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, and to meet deadlines for submissions, interviews and appointments. Misrepresentation may end our engagement immediately.
Fees
Service fees are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Third-party costs — consular fees, tuition, insurance, translations, travel — are separate and paid directly by you where possible.
