Primarily Germany, Spain, the wider Schengen area, the United Kingdom and Mauritius. We also issue tourist visas worldwide.

Do I need to speak German for the Au Pair or FSJ programs?

Basic A1–A2 German is required for most placements. We offer an in-house online German course to get you there.

How long does the process take?

Au Pair: 3–5 months. Ausbildung: 6–9 months. Study and tourist visas: 4–12 weeks depending on consulate timelines.

Can I go to Germany just to learn German?

Yes. A course of about three months is a Schengen short stay, and longer courses use the national language course visa, which can run up to twelve months in total. Our German Language Visa page compares 3, 6, 9 and 12-month plans, including funds and work limits.

Au Pair

The gentlest first step into Germany. You live with a family, help with childcare for a limited number of hours a week, attend a language course and come out with everyday German and a European reference.
