Route overview
The Innovator Founder route is built around endorsement. Before the Home Office considers the visa, an approved endorsing body must assess the business idea and the founder and confirm it meets three tests: that the idea is innovative, that it is viable with the founder's skills, and that it is scalable with realistic job creation and growth into wider markets.
It is a founder route, not an investor route. The applicant is expected to be actively running the business with a day-to-day role, not passively funding someone else's company.
Endorsement is not a one-off event. Endorsing bodies maintain contact points after arrival, checking that the founder is making meaningful progress against the plan submitted. A business plan written only to pass the first gate tends to fail the second.
What we do on this route: Support with founder readiness, business-plan preparation, document coordination, and application organisation for candidates seeking endorsement. Endorsement and visa decisions remain with approved endorsing bodies and the UK Home Office. The route may provide a path toward settlement where all applicable requirements are met; we do not guarantee endorsement, a visa, settlement, investment, or business success.
